3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period

4. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options:

• Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription if no content has been accessed
• No refunds after 7 days or after content has been accessed
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
